[proxyTools-announce] shall I pull the localProxy windows binary?

Hi,

I'm thinking of pulling the Windows executable off Sourceforge. 
I'm unable to spend the time to get it to work just now (apart from not 
having access to the Arabic enabled machines where it will probably 
cause the most problems).

So far, I haven't seen any reports of anyone (arabic enabled, or not) 
being able to run it. I must assume it ran on my development win2000 
and winME systems because they already had Perl installed.
So, I see no evidence that it works anywhere as a stand-alone package 
(which was it's main design criterion, of course).

If it's a white elephant, I can't let people waste a 2.5MB download 
for the two weeks I will be away. I will try to continue the debugging 
of that when I'm back.

In summary, I'll have to pull it tomorrow unless there are some 
successful reports (to me, or one of the lists).
