[proxyTools-users] localProxy installation and startup

I see a couple of people asking how to start localproxy, since 

there's no exe file.



It's all Perl source code. It's an interpreted language, like Basic.

You need an interpreter. It's called Perl.

Get Activeperl from www.activstate.com.



Once that's installed, then you can double-click on localProxy.pl.

It should start a window and (maybe) download some extra Perl 

libraries.



I suggest you click 'Help' in that window (or double-click 

'readMe.html' in the directory). Read the simple descriptions 

there.
