[proxyTools-users] bypass UAE blocking of proxyTools

For those who have no way to get to the proxyTools main pages because 

they're blocked by the UAE, I suggest trying:

http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/proxytools/proxyTools.2004.12.2.zip



Then, for $DEITY's sake, run it and you'll have at least a slow proxy (even in 

a year or so) to fall back on, so you can get things like it next time ...
