Interesting that these guys are blocking UAE access specifically.
Not the USA, not you. 
How about the KSA?

Your proxy 'latency' times still seem very high. 
Was this all the proxies you tested at the same time?
Or did you remove all the failures?
If it was a lot more, I can (maybe) understand this.
Or is your proxy 'latency' time always this high from there?

BTW, I've changed the 'P' and 'F' from the -m test 0 to show 'p' 
and 'f', so you can tell what type of test was done in posts like 
this.

Any comments about SPP? Fast, slow? Unreliable?
What do your normal scanners do that's cool (that I'm not doing 
already in SPP)?
