I think it will keep working for years though. 
It will just get slower as the proxies it has available die away.
The newest versions (CVS only, so far) are better at optimizing 
use of an old list of proxies.

Do you see the 'Update proxies'  button? 
Click it!

If you don't have that button ...
Get the latest hosts.zip from CVS and leave it lying around in 
your LP directory. LP will find it, unpack it (to hosts.xml) 
and use the new proxies the next time you 'run services'.
