I updated the Windows executable release on SourceForge. 
Plenty of fixes 

findProxy still doesn't handle file: URLs. Dunno why yet.
These are very noisy when starting, but don't worry about that.
Still missing cleanHosts, and extractHosts

I'm away for the next two weeks, so I hope to find lots of bug 
reports when I return. :-)
