Hello,

I use IRC over an HTTP proxy. Unfortunately when the proxy sees no activity from my side it disconnects me. Would it be possbile to add some sort of keep-alive functionality to ProxyChains?

no activity ? aren't IRC clients/servers supposed to send pings to each other in a short interval ?
which IRC client is this, if i may ask ?
