Proxy with filter / News: Recent posts

Initial version released. It's a proxy with filtering option . Can block webpages if they have some of a list of words, can block some URL ( plain text, html , an image , an script,...) and can block an entire webpage.
It's initial release only supports HTTP/1.0, and doesn't support persistent connections ( only ignores it ).
