1. Proxool's liberal license (Apache) allows free commercial and
non-commercial distribution, so it serves all ISV business models.
2. Proxool is a true wrapper driver, which implies that it a) protects
previous investments in JDBC drivers and b) ensures compatibility with
the J2SE API.
We can provide an objective performance benchmark when the J2EE CTS
passes. Al is ill at the moment, I hope he can provide us with more
details on this later this week.
