[Proxool-developer] logging all SQL Exceptions

Hello all, wonderful job!

I have set up logging with log4j, but all I am getting are the DEBUG
and WARN entries.

Is there a way to have all of the SQLExceptions thrown by the DB
server logged somewhere. No matter if they get caught in the code or
not.
