[Proxool-user] Configuring simultaneous-build-throttle and other

how can i configure

simultaneous-build-throttle:
 maximum-connection-lifetime:
 maximum-active-time:

in proxool through proxool.xml or the or web.xml?
i mean should it go in init-param of Servletconfigurator or the proxool.xml
configuration?
