Hi Igor,

I'm not sure who uploaded 0.8.3. It wasn't me. It was such a long time 
ago. If you would like to upload it then please go ahead. You're right, 
if it takes 30 minutes to do it manually, then that only works out at 
about 10 min a year... :)
