[Proxool-developer] how can i get native connection.

Mr or Mrs:
  proxool is good.I want to replace dbcp to proxool.My English is poor,Sorry.
 
I'm using informix,java code is:
 
IfxSmartBlob smb = new IfxSmartBlob(conn);
the conn is must be native connection and must instanceof IfxProtocol.so how can i get the native connection.
