[Proxool-developer] Proxool 1.2 compatible

The Proxool code should now be completely compatible with jdk 1.2.

ShutdownHook and Jdk14Logger are accessed through reflection, the Timer code has been replaced by the Thread approach from the 1.2 code tree and all dynamic proxying are done through CGLIB.

We'll now spend some time testing for robustness and speed.

I guess this means we can remomve the 1.2 tree Bill?
