[Proxool-developer] YaPoolman

I was gazing around at the other pools out there and came across
YaPoolman. Registered 16 Jan 2003 it has just released 1.0 final.

It supports load balancing and fail over.

There's not much documentation yet but the project seems very active.
There's only one developer. I'm not sure if it is a fork of the Poolman
project or completely new. Like ours, it uses Proxy pattern to do the
pooling.
