[Proxool-developer] Documentation for 0.8

Could we freeze the documentation? I will aim to get everything ported over to Docbook by the end of the month and into CVS. Then anyone can make updates to the Docbook, while I work on some translation stylesheets for the website (and perhaps a HOWTO: to build and generate with the DocBook Ant script).
