#21 Dependencies of more than one filter

My idea:

in some cases several filters are needed to get the job
done. But those have do be enabled and won't work if
one of them ist not.
In this scenario a special dependancycheck could be
very useful.

e.g. in filter editor:
a field saying: "depends on: Filter 25 and filter 42"

If only one is checked a checkbox appears saying:
"This filter depends on these filters: 25, 42 that have
to be enabled also. Do you want to activate them? " Yes/No
