Hi,

First off, I want to say this project looks great. I always loved Proxomitron, and I've been using Privoxy but it hasn't been the same. I love the little extra features of Prox like URL rewriting (I used that before I had Firefox with the URL shortcuts- of course, Prox's is more flexible.)

Anyway, I've been using Privoxy on my iBook, and the one thing I like about it is the regex support rather than Mr. Lemmon's customized language. I could never figure out Proxomitron's language but I have a decent handle on regular expressions. If I'm correct, I think I read that your project supports the original Proxomitron's filtering language. Can Proximodo filters also be created using perl- style regexes?
