Thank you for your help.
Do you have any examples on the flow-based model application implementation?
As far as I can see I need at least to create my own implementation of 
Topology class. Is this where all the routing (choosing the path by 
getLinks function) should take place?
Is there any problem with applying the flow-based model for intra-AS 
traffic?
