#25 HessianInt text output incorrect

EigenvectorTextReader expects that the first line of the file contains three integers - Eigenvector Length, Number of Eigenvectors, and Maximum Eigenvalue. The HessianInt class writes one value in the first line. This decrepancy causes ProtoMol to throw a "Cannot parse file" error.
