On Windows/MSys, can\'t load some icons when running protocoltool either from the msys shell or DOS shell

When protocoltool is installed, protocoltool.glade has the wrong path for the icons. To solve the problem, change every path in protocoltool.glade from /usr/local with your corresponding directory.
