[proteowizard-support] folder name problem

Dear all,

We've recently changed our folder structure to save acquisition data. When navigating to our folder to find the .wiff data (Sciex), some folder are recognized as 'Agilent files'. It is thus no longer possible to open these folder (see fig.) It's not clear to me, why this normal folder is now 'Agilent MassHunter'. Is this because of the naming of some subfolders (AcqData etc.)?

Normally the folder (e.g. 'T_5600) looks as follows:

Is there any workaround to solve this problem? At the moment, we have to copy all .wiff files that we want to convert to .mz(X)ML files to other folders.
However, we cannot change the folder naming (AcqData) as we would lose all paths to raw data (in quantitation files)
