[proteowizard-support] help with Lumos files

Hello,

I work at Novo Nordisk in Seattle and I'm a former Ruedi-lab postdoc doing
discovery work in pharma now.  We just bought a Lumos and I'm trying to run
some TPP pipeline stuff to analyze some TPP data.  However, I'm having some
stupid troubles.  I have this Windows 10 server that I'm using to analyze
data and for some reason, it won't let me install MSFileReader and then I
seem to not get mzXML files that are working for my Comet search.  Do you
know anything about this?  My Comet search failure seems to be an error
reading the xml file.
