Hi Todd, We recently developed a GUI version of msconvert, but it's coded using C# and C++/CLI so it only runs on Windows (or a Windows VM). It's up to some intrepid Java programmer to come up with a GUI that will work on any platform (probably just by wrapping a call to msconvert.exe). Until then you'll need to learn the command-line or use a Windows VM. :) The basic command-line is quite easy: /path/to/msconvert /path/to/data.mzXML -o /path/to/write/output -v Hope this helps, -Matt On 7/27/2011 12:21 PM, W.
