Specifically, their API provides post-acquisition peak picking for their TOF and QTOF instruments (not QQQ). There's supposed to be a new update to their API imminently available ('next week' several weeks ago) which will should boost performance of access to their profile data. There are new APIs coming for Waters and ABI too, but in contrast to Thermo/Agilent they will only provide access to the raw data (no change in that respect for Waters, but a step back for ABI).
