GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

The code to be used on PS3 are given in the folder named CBE_CODE.
This can be compiled as the instructions available in README_Protein_Folding.txt.

The code can also be run directly on x86 which is present in the folder named ProteinFolding.
This already contains the dump files obtained after running the CBE_CODE.
The compile instructions are available in the README.txt file.

NOTE::The entire ProteinFolding folder can be directly imported as an Eclipse project.
