Hi Tony

when this project moves up the priority ladder, please could you include Nancy Campbell in the discussions. She has now worked quite a bit with Cytoscape and might have some helpful suggestions about the format the data needs to be in to be included in a cytoscape network with IntAct etc data. Although I am sure you have this information already.

Possibly of more use will be that she would be able to test that cytoscape can use both the GO dataset you generate and IntAct dataset to create a single network.
