The db_xrefs column in this file is populated from the table that supports the MOD identifier lookup functionality in Protein2GO, and which was initially populated using a gp_information file that I put together using information in the then-current SGD gene_association and gp2protein files; it has not been updated since. If you can supply me with details of the missing mappings I'll update the table.
