This is a web application, so please go to http://protcalc.sourceforge.net.

The protein calculator does:

• Molecular weight-based calculations
• Estimated charge-based calculations
• Estimated UV absorbtion-based calculations
• Atom and residue counting
• Solvent content calculations for X-ray crystallography
