#21 Different style for Cover page

This is probably easy to do, but I need to make a style
that has the title page appearance different than the
rest of the slides (i.e. more ornametal). Perhaps
there could be some commands or infrastrucure to make
this easier to do? ...Else maybe a example of how to
do it in the documentation.

...Hey, that's the way Power Point does it. OK, that

he uses two frames and switches between them.
