#13 full screen mode in gsview for windows

Hi,

prosper slides can be displayed in full screen mode with ghostview for windows.
This is particularly useful as a workaround for ps2pdf errors (double subscripts
in math typesetting in my case). However, unfortunately you have to have windows
installed.
