#7 Patch to autumn style fixes itemize

The autumn style defines an itemize environment.

The environment only defines one level of bullets.

When using multiply nested itemizes, one gets
inappropriate colours and styles.

This version, autumnFixed, applies the same itemize style to
three levels of itemize nesting.
