PROSE 0.9.0 released

PROSE is a cross-platform programming language designed to simplify the development of small and large-scale networked applications. It is in the pre-alpha development stage and currently provides a working assembler/disassembler for an new evolving bytecode as well as an execution engine that interprets the bytecode.
