PROSE 0.7.0 released

PROSE is a cross-platform programming language designed to simplify the development of small and large-scale networked applications. It is in the pre-alpha development stage and currently provides a working assembler/disassembler for an new evolving bytecode as well as an execution engine that interprets the bytecode. The latest version is now released and adds support for variables, passing variables to functions as well as GMP integer, floating-point and rational types.
