#38 Add self-ranking

Add the ability for users to specify their rank. This will ultimately be replaced by an automatic ranking system, but for the beta we should add self-ranking to keep things simple.

Make rank visible in the user's profile page.

There will be separate tickets for specifying the rank range of your opponent when offering a game, and searching for game offers in a certain rank range.
