I would assume that the prometheus-library is to be found in
/usr/local/www/htdocs/prometheus/prometheus-library ?

If not you'll probably find that there is a issue in 2.0 that
didn't allow :

$PROMETHEUS_LIBRARY_BASE = '/myinstall path';


to work correctly.
