#55 ImageRotationWorker tracking

It would be helpful to know when batched requests for
image rotation (e.g. for an album) have completed.
Thus, at the very least, add an informational message
when the rotations complete. If warranted, add a GUI
component that tracks the image rotation workers that
are running in the background.
