#28 file lock cleanup
Ensure that file locks are cleaned up appropriately from the GUI, as well as from the core components (i.e. Prometheum class). This may require the use of a CleanupFileLocks type of custom JSP tag at the end of the appropriate JSPs, or simply some try-finally blocks in the Prometheum class.
