#13 Themes dont work with dark default color

I use a reasonably dark color scheme, and there is a
problem somewhere in promanager that text is displayed
in my light text color defaults, but the background is
specified as a light color by promanager. Text colors
need to be specified, or use our defaults instead of
specified colors. I tried to hack around a bit in the
source, but i couldn't figure out where the table was
coming from, i'm not too great with php...please fix.
