PrologDoc 1.0RC2 released!

Only 2 weeks after the 1.0RC1-release, we are proud to present PrologDoc 1.0RC2, the second official release of the "small, but useful" Prolog documentation generator. Check out the .tar.gz-file at http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=122062.

Although there's nothing changed to the tagging of Prolog source code, our code base has seen a major overhaul since 1.0RC1. Main cause has been the entrance of Salvador Fandino as a new developer! Apart from a whole bunch of fresh ideas, he brought the following additions to PrologDoc with him:

*"real" Linux-installation (aka ./configure; make; make install)
*new start script pldoc (in perl)
*man pages for pldoc and PrologDoc
*exit sicstus mode
*problems with module references crossing directories are solved
*clean-up of code style
*bug fixes

As a result, PrologDoc 1.0RC2 should be more user-friendly and more useful. Don't forget that 1.0RC1 already was very stable. Nonetheless, because it's still a Release Candidate, some bugs may be wandering around, waiting to creep up in some unexpected places.

That's where the user (aka you) comes in. When PrologDoc behaves weird or even incorrect, please feel free to contact us at prologdoc-users@sourceforge.net with a precise description of any errors or problems. You could also file a bug at http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=122062&atid=692271.

If you'd wish that featureA should be added, let us know. Patches are also welcome.

For a full description of the capabilities and usage of PrologDoc, have a look at the README or visit us at http://prologdoc.sourceforge.net.
