#32 sequence rule is incomplete

The "sequence" rule finds instances of CURRENT-
VALUE, which cannot be used with Oracle
dataserver unless a NEXT-VALUE is used first.
The rule does not currently look for DYNAMIC-
CURRENT-VALUE or DYNAMIC-NEXT-VALUE, but
almost certainly should.
