#3 rule "sharelock": FP on "open query"
Rule "sharelock" currently raises a warning for OPEN
QUERY statements that do not have explicit share-lock.
However, a BROWSE widget is NO-LOCK by default. A
query that is attached to a browse defaults to NO-
LOCK. So there is a false positive.
