#4 Ability to turn draft into a post via a link in the log

Currently, submiting a draft returns you to the log view.
Because posting a draft is similar to viewing a preview,
it would be useful to then have an action link within the
draft (next to edit, pin, etc.) that allows the user to
convert the message to a post (and have a javascript
confirmation).

Right now, the user has to click on edit and then click
on the post button to do the same thing.
