[projectx] Scripting update

Comrades,

I have some fairly good news -- Lua scripting is now interfaced with
Striker.  There are still a few kinks I need to work out, but it does load
maps and all of that fun stuff.  Scripts are incredibly cool... ;)
Further updates will be forthcoming (not tonight, though).
