I think that We should have team leaders because we ne someone to lead
people and divy out assignments and organize the individual groups and set
deadlines arrange meetings and set things into motion.  Also we will need
leaders to push people to get this thing going otherwise I think this
project is going to start of slowly and we will have no chance of finishing
project x
