How to localize PCFareMeter?

Hi,

I want to translate this software to let friends who are familiar with English use it. Having tried to translate some strings with localizing software I got message like "keyfile not found". And the generated translated resource file could not be read. The PCFareMeter remains its English Interface. Could you tell us how to localize PCFaremeter? Thank you.

  I have put most of the messages into the Messages.resource file, that's the file you need to translate.
  
  Right now it's not possible to select a different language, but if you give me a translation I can start on something.
