Nice to have features in Projects

1. An option to "sink" completed task to the bottom of
the displayed list, regardless of the sort order setting. It
would make the display clearer and more readable
without the necessity of "hiding" completed tasks.

2. Recording both projected and real completion date

3. An option to highlight a Project or To Do with a color
(I'd use this to differentiate which things are currently
being worked on, idle, the programmer is on sick leave,
etc...)
