#12 No Alphabetical sorting in ALL

I recently re-organized my categories and am using a
slightly different system; otherwise I think I would have
run into this before.

With "Sort by" set to anything with Category as first
sort criteria, I do not get alphabetical order. Currently I
have (in their sorted order!)

Unfiled
C-Soon
Done!
Someday
B-Month
A-Week
Maybe

When I push the hard button, it does cycle through the
correct sequence, but they do not display in that order
in the "All" category. Any chance on a fix? (Along with
feature 655604)
