#65 change date field when creating a project

When creating a project (I have ProjectLibre 1.5.7 but I cannot choose the version 1.5.7 from the milestone in Sourceforge), the minimum time limit is 2099, I don't see why there is such limit.

Further if I choose the 20 of august 2099 from the calendar I got 8/20/99 but if type 8/20/99 in the date field I have the year 1999.

I would suggest then:
1) to remove the limit and increase at least to 9999, which is more reasonable.
2) change then the number of digits of the year to 4 digits instead of 2
3) let people choose from the calendar instead of typing, which would help better in date formatting.
