I don't know for sure which keyboard shortcuts are planned, but here are those I'd use the most :
undo/redo (obviously)
insert a task
indent or outdent task (in MS project : alt-shift-arrow)
zoom in/out of view (ctrl+wheel would be fine)
move task up or down (but it's not available in the UI right now it seems)
